Ben Nathan


To call Ben an entrepreneur would be an understatement. By the age of 19 he successfully launched and sold his own brand, while also selling phone services for Bouygues Telecom in France, and studying for his Bachelor of Business. Shortly after receiving his BA in 2008, he moved to the United States to pursue his career.

Ben’s dream was to launch his own business evolving around homes and design, so he learned from the best and partnered with Coldwell Banker. Using his combination of real estate, sales, and marketing expertise… he now provides a state of the art service for buyers and sellers all around Southwest Florida.

When he is not working on behalf of his clients, Ben is an avid traveler but you can also find him kite surfing, golfing, and cooking for friends. He loves art and architecture, so you might find him scouting around neighborhoods for unique homes. Ben also contributes to and volunteers with a number of charitable causes, including the Arts and Cultural Alliance, MOTE marine, Surfrider Foundation, and Save the Children.
